This framed and custom matted 9×12” original gouache painting depicts a raccoon peeking out of its ‘hideout’ inside a tree trunk. This art is the juxtaposition between considering an animal a ‘nuisance’ and my love and respect for all creatures.
This painting is sealed with cold wax but great care should still be taken not to expose it to water or moisture or for the painting to touch the glass or any surface (which is why it really should be matted or placed with spacers should the frame be swapped out), in order to best preserve it.
The painting itself is signed by the artist on the back of the painting and comes with a mat that is custom cut to fit the painting and a modern aluminum 12×16” frame. It also comes with a certificate of authenticity tucked inside the back of the frame for safe keeping.
